Account Executive
We are looking for a new Account Executive to join our Service Delivery Team.
You will be responsible for providing a consistently high standard of administration service to a portfolio of clients, to become the key contact point for them and to develop and grow the relationships via both telephone and face-to-face meetings.
The successful candidate is likely to be someone with a strong administration background who has experience of direct client management, additional knowledge of employee benefit schemes would be an advantage. Previous experience working within the EB space would be an advantage. The role is primarily focused on delivering high quality client focused service, which include:
- Supporting the client team to ensure agreed client service levels are met or exceeded
- Adhering to processes, procedures and controls including peer review to maintain quality assurance.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of communication with client contacts within allocated portfolio including attendance at annual review meetings and quarterly conference call reviews
- Assisting with projects for major client tasks (e.g. implementations, renewal, benefit changes) as directed by the Account/Project Manager.
- Taking part in process change ‘business level’ projects, as required to ensure processes are consistent and up to date.
- Identifying additional revenue opportunities and being accountable for revenue retention
- Attending trade fairs/awareness days for portfolio clients to drive take-up

Senior Sales Manager (New Business)
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to deliver outstanding sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new flexible and lifestyle benefits clients to the business with contract values expected to be in the range of £150k - £350k.
You will be a highly motivated self starter, capable of working with in a small, highly focussed, results oriented team culture. Possessing outstanding presentation skills, the candidate must be able to build effective relationships (both internally & externally), be commercially astute and be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational ability
Key duties
- Prospect, profile and self originate a high level of new business opportunities
- Prepare and attend client meetings, presentations and demonstrations at board level
- Effectively qualify all prospect opportunities to maintain pipeline & forecast integrity
- Prepare appropriate sales documentation, proposals and contracts
- Maintain sale CRM in line with standard sales process
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of
- Consistent over achievement of sales targets in excess of £350k pa
- Prospecting new business opportunities with blue chip organisations and FTSE350
- Selling to and negotiating contracts with CEO’s FD’s & HRD’s
- Working with a formalised sales methodology such as Miller Heiman, Sandler, Huthwaite
- Working in the HR or outsourcing market space
