Domino’s Pizza Group launch Cycle AT WORK™

Domino’s Pizza Group have extended their employee benefits package with the launch of Cycle AT WORK™.

Cycle AT WORK™ is an HMRC approved scheme set up to encourage employees to cycle to work and reduce their CO2 emissions. Employees can hire a bicycle and related safety equipment from their employer free from income tax and NIC. Employers save NIC for each participating employee, as well as VAT on the cost of each bicycle package.

Domino’s launched Childcare Vouchers a number of years ago. Employees now also benefit from KidsZone which offers discounts from over 20 big name brands from kids clothing, to travel and holiday camps.

As part of the launch communications the company has encouraged employees to participate with targeted, personalised emails using You at Work’s ProDigital platform that allows employers to target individuals based on their profile and behaviours.

Jane Roberts, HR Director said, “Our business is growing at an exceptional pace and our HR strategy of recruiting, recognising and retaining the best people needs to reflect this growth. Our people have been guided for years by the phrase, Sell more pizza, have more fun! and our employee benefits strategy reflects this mantra.”

Bruce Rayner, CEO at You at Work added, “We are delighted to be working with Domino’s Pizza and supporting them with an employee benefits strategy that best suits the needs of their dynamic employees and growing business.”
