You at Work, the employee engagement specialist, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Mark Allen, previously UK Sales Manager at ADP, as Director of Sales and Distribution. The appointment comes on the back of strong historical growth and an expansion into new markets such as Childcare Vouchers and online communities at work.
Mark brings with him an impressive track record and a wealth experience in spearheading growth in B2B outsourcing markets. Since 2003 Mark has been responsible for the development of new business sales at ADP, achieving significant double-digit year on year growth. Prior to running the UK Sales Team at ADP Mark held senior sales & product management positions both locally and in ADP’s European headquarters in Paris.
As Director of Sales and Distribution, Mark will lead further growth at You at Work through the expansion of the direct sales function and new channel development.
