‘Michell Rewards’ gives the specialist instruments company’s 75 employees the chance to benefit from specially negotiated discounts on leading high street brand names.
As part of the launch communications the company has encouraged employees to participate with targeted, personalised emails using You at Work’s Pro-digital platform that allows employers to target individuals based on their profile and behaviours. In addition take-up has been enhanced with posters, flyers and cascade emails from managers at the company.
