Rugby Football Union vouchers could be used as motivation
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) has joined the list of companies that are offering employers the chance to give away voucher cards as corporate rewards, after SVM Europe added it to its portfolio of providers.
Its Rugby Store gift card is operated by the RFU and can be utilised to buy official merchandise, including a replica kit of the 2003 Rugby World Cup winners, via their official website, the Twickenham stadium store, or one of the outlets located in Twickenham town centre.
Jane Barron, licensing and marketing manager at the RFU, said: "The RFU are delighted to be teaming up with SVM to open up our retail gift card to the corporate rewards marketplace."
This news comes shortly after a new iPhone app was released that provides employees with the chance to redeem exclusive discounts at a number of big name high street restaurants without the need to endlessly print vouchers.
Vouchercloud allows iPhone users to take advantage popular money off deals that restaurants offer while they are on the move, and clients include Carluccio''s, Cafe Rouge, Strada and Coffee Republic.
